#8 ANOTHERTWISTAFATE (4-1) is a strong threat if he handles turf. He is 3-for-3 on all-weather ground and returned with a sharp victory in his first start as a 4-year-old in the Longacres Mile (G3) on conventional dirt Sept. 10. Peter Miller has him now and Scat Daddy is a solid grass sire, and he will probably stalk the pace under Joel Rosario. He worked over the local turf course Nov. 22.

#3 Spirit Animal (8-1) is sharp and improving for Chad Brown. The 4-year-old colt does not run often but keeps returning from layoffs and firing exacta shots. He is a head shy of four straight wins.

#12 Flavius (5-2) is interesting for Chad Brown if he can work out a trip from a tough outer post. He exits an okay 5th in the Shadwell Turf Mile (G1), and before that he flew for 3rd in the First Defence and won the Tourist Mile. His numbers match up well and Irad Ortiz Jr. takes the call.

#10 One Bad Boy (12-1) won the Queen’s Plate last year and is a pretty good turf horse as well. He exits a front running score in the restricted Lure Stakes at one mile on turf and is probably the one to catch with Flavien Prat in the irons.
