Saturday’s 9th race from Oaklawn Park is the $150,000 Mistletoe Stakes for three-year-old fillies traveling a mile and a sixteenth on the main track (Post Time 5:13 p.m. EST).

No. 9 AMENDMENT NINETEEN (9-2) checked in 3rd as my best bet in the Remington Park Oaks (G3) Sept. 26, and she looked good defeating next-out Comely (G3) winner Bees and Honey at Churchill Downs Nov. 7. Brad Cox’s consistent filly will probably stalk the pace while out in the clear and might be sitting on a new top in her third start after a layoff.

No. 2 Willful Woman (9-2) won two local routes on wet tracks earlier this year and might move forward in her second start after a layoff.

No. 1 Marion Francis (4-1) should work out a decent ground saving tactical trip from the advantageous inside post. She is usually in the mix and exits a nice optional claiming score at this distance.

No. 10 Lovely Ride (6-1) might be aggressively handled from the outside post in a race seemingly lacking front end speed. Her best chance is to get out there and play catch me if you can.
