Monday’s 7th race from Colonial Downs is the $100,000 Keswick Stakes for two-year-old fillies dashing five furlongs on the outer turf course (Post Time 4:33 p.m. ET).

#4 RAMBERT (4-1) showed nice early interest and was miles clear of the show finisher in her local turf sprint bow July 19. My top choice might be able to turn the tables on Cavalier Cupid if she moves forward a bit second time out.

#3 Cavalier Cupid (5-2) fired in both turf sprints including a local maiden win at this distance July 19. A stalking trip is expected.

#1 Determined Truth (5-1) battled hard throughout in a neck defeat as the favorite in her dirt sprint debut at Pimlico July 9, and it was more than six lengths back to the show finisher in that four-horse affair. Dam has produced two turf winners.

#5 Buff My Boots (6-1) hit the ground running and widened throughout in a sharp debut dirt sprint win at Pimlico July 16. Buffum is a decent turf sire and she should make her presence felt from the outset.

Wagers:

#4 to win
