Monday’s seventh race at Presque Isle Downs is a $100,000 Finest City Stakes for Pennsylvania-bred 2-year-old fillies dashing six furlongs on the all-weather track. The scheduled post time is 5:42 p.m. EDT.

No. 5 Greavette (6-1) added blinkers and rallied for the place from the outside post in an improved effort second time out in a turf sprint at Colonial Downs. She was 15-1 in her debut and was the favorite last time, and she can compete with these if she handles the footing. 

No. 2 Dancing Spirit (5-2) was overmatched in the Grade 2 Miss Grillo Stakes last time. She landed the place in her local all-weather sprint bow and graduated in a turf route at Saratoga second time out.  

No. 8 Noisy On the Bay (9-2) rallied from far back to land the place in her stakes debut in the slop. She was 24-1 last time and should take betting action after that decent effort.  

No. 6 Dewey Doit (7-2) wired the field in both dirt sprints at Parx. She was my top choice last time, and she figures to impact the pace. 

No. 10 Candy Reward (6-1) debuts in a stakes race for solid local connections. She shows a pair of bullet workouts for this engagement.
