No. 3 HOLY ZAGS (6-1) stretches back out in her second start after a layoff and second start for Jonathan Wong. She adds blinkers and both of her career wins were at this course and distance. Brayan Pena has been winning races with this barn recently.
No. 1 Shezarunaway (6-1) dropped from the special weight ranks and comfortably earned her diploma in a local $25k sprint Jan. 17. She stretched out, stalked inside, and completed the exacta in a similar local affair Feb. 11. She earned a competitive speed rating last time and should be forwardly placed from the rail.
No. 2 Amiko Chow (2-1) exceeded the winning par for this in an even 4th from an outer post in a similar local route Feb. 12. She graduated at this course and distance last spring.
No. 8 Magical Thought (4-1) stalked the pace and ended up less than a length behind Shezarunaway last time. She is in good form but has not won in quite some time.
