Friday’s 9th race from Keeneland is the Grade 3 Bewitch Stakes for fillies and mares traveling a mile and a half on the turf course (Post Time 5:30 p.m. ET).

#4 DOMINGA (5-1) showed improved early interest in a neck defeat in a $150k stakes at Fair Grounds in her March 20 return, and she earned a quality speed rating that day. Brad Cox’s four-year-old filly has some long distance influences in her pedigree and Florent Geroux rides her well.

#8 War Like Goddess (7-2) captured three of her four turf routes and her speed ratings are on the rise. She ran out of ground in her needed Feb. 27 return in The Very One (G3), and make a sustained run and just got up in the Orchid (G3) March 27. She figures to maintain sharp form in her third start of the year, and the deserving favorite figures to relish the added furlong of this race.

#7 Dalika (5-1) is a bit interesting if she is able to navigate the added distance of this turf marathon. She won two small stakes last year and another one on Feb. 13, and she might be able to get out there and control the pace.

#2 Delta’s Kingdom (4-1) does not win often but is fairly reliable underneath. She has won at Keeneland before and hit the board in both starts at this distance. She figures to save ground stalking slow fractions under her new rider Luis Saez.
